Thank you for visiting and shopping at shopnbm.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Due to busy season for us, our current processing time is 14 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays and weekends. Please note that during the holiday season, there may be delays with USPS due to the volume of packages being shipped. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Thank you so much for your patience!

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Orders over $30 get free US shipping. This rate is only for orders under $30.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and USPS funding issues, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

NBM ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours. Please note that once your order is dropped off, NBM unfortunately has no control over when USPS updates the tracking.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NBM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

Orders over $75 get free international shipping. The below rates are for orders under $75.
